- Shipping & Delivery
- All shipments are shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend stays at the Post Office. Express shipments are also made on Thursday and Friday with notice. All customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses where someone will be able to physically take receivership of the product when it is delivered. We highly recommend have the product shipped to a location such as a business where US Postal deliveries arrive by Noon or close to (The issue is that you are ordering living insects which do best when not left in a hot mail truck for extended periods of time) (if you receive packages after 3 PM it would be recommended to have an alternate location for delivery). At this time, Fly Cafe ships products only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Fly Cafe ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
