If no one will be home and you are worried about your flies getting too HOT or COLD you may want to ship to a work location as they normal receive packages earlier and can be dropped off with a person. If you will not be home or can't send to a work location , please ask for "Hold for Pickup

We do not charge more than the retail rate for shipping. If shipping does come out better than what you have paid, or if we can combine items for less boxes, we will try to send you a shipping refund!
We are in full compliance with APHIS with the USDA. We currently ship only within the continental 48 states of the U.S. Customs quarantine isn't good for the flies so we can't ship outside the 48 states
